Does anyone have any helpful tips for coping with the pain whilst waiting for physio?
SPD is sphynsis pelvic disfunction. when the bones in your pelvic area become too soft and come apart.
I am only 13 weeks but have been unable to walks on some days. the midwife says it cant be as it dosent happen until later but I had this with my first and the doctor has confirmed this for the second.
