i have been running weightlifting regularly for about 9 months now with no problems. i started jumping rope as a substitute for running in the winter, and have been doing it for 3 days (6-8 intense intervals separated by short periods of rest.) the problem is; whenever i jump rope i get this headache that seems to go with the pulsing of my heart. the higher my heart rate, the more frequent the pounding. i’ve never suffered from headaches before, so what might be the cause of this?
