I work 10 hrs a day on my feet constantly moving, stretching and bending. While this movement is good for my arthritis, it can get really painful by the end of the day. I feel like I am up a creek without a paddle most of the time, especially after a 3 day workout. Then I just totally crash. Does anyone know how long it would have taken for it to develop after being infected with an autoimmune disorder? My thyroid is 2-3 times larger than the normal size. My father has been taking Co-dydramol for years to help ease Arthritis. However, recently he was very ill with Chronic Acute Renal Failure, possibly due to overuse of these painkillers (Those which contain NSAIDS)I beleive ?

Obviously he still needs a pain relief, but what can he take that does not contain these NSAIDS that will not harm his Kidneys.
