What QUALITIES make a good Physiotherapist?

I work as a carer in a drug and alchohol rehab center. I love my job, are you happy in yours?

Going for my first job interview since qualifying as a physio in January. NHS jobs are a bit thin on the ground at the minute so the pressure is really on to get this one. Any ideas on clinical or government policy questions would be great!
