		<description>Ice for no more than 10-15 minutes every couple of hours.  Keep exercising as you will become much more stiff if you don&#039;t.  Massage won&#039;t hurt and may help with symptom control.
If any sensation of numbness lasts for more than 2-3 days, get your Dr to take a look.</description>
