    hop up and down on it for five mins every morning it works a treat

    Ice for no more than 10-15 minutes every couple of hours. Keep exercising as you will become much more stiff if you don’t. Massage won’t hurt and may help with symptom control.
    If any sensation of numbness lasts for more than 2-3 days, get your Dr to take a look.
