does drug rehab exist in the UK? is it for cocaine users or just those dependent on heroin?

i dont really know but i thought it was for people who alcohol problems as well as drug problems

Yes there are lots of Rehabilitation centres (Rehabs) in the UK for any type of addiction: alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, heroin, sex, gambling. Basically for whatever your poison is. Rehab is generally where you would stay to get better (some are 2 weeks some are up to 6 months) and a detox is sometimes done in a psychiatric unit in a mental hospital with detoxification drugs, this can also be done at home with drugs from a GP.
