Apparently, tapping your neck gently under the right ear stimulates the production of endorphins, the bodies natural pain killers. Get well soon.

if it's really bad, go to bed (or any other place available at the time) and sleep for an hour. that's the only thing that works for me if it is bad.

Have you eaten?

Seriously, if you get too hungry your head will hurt. And sometimes just a bit of toast or something and a cuppa can help.

Which side is your headache on? If it's the left side, take your left thumb and index finger, and pinch the skin/muscle between your right thumb and index finger really hard. If the headache is on the right, do it vice versa with your left hand. You might have to hold it for a few seconds.

This may sound silly but I find drinking a large glass of fizzy lemonade helps. Laying in a dark room and a few hours sleep is also good, If you are able to. Try the Lemonade, Good Luck hope your headache goes soon.

Pills are best though - try about 2 to 4 panadol and you will feel fine soon.

Headaches are sometimes caused because you are dehydrated, hence after a night on the tiles you often wake up with one. Drink a large glass of water and see if that helps.
