    applying pressure to your hand – where you get the V shape between your thumb and first finger is a great accupressure point for headache relief.

    Also lying in a darkened room with a cold compress on your forhead and the back of your neck should do the trick

    4head is also good (buy it in chemists and rub on ur head)

    and drink a huge glass of cool water

    rub the gap between ur thumb and forfinger

    essential oils like lavender, lemon grass or tea tree on pulse points and temples

    eat something spicy

    For a really bad headache..Try remember..when was the last time you had a BM.. I’m not kidding you..If you are regular with your bowel movements, eliminate daily..the result will be very few headaches..

    Headaches are sometimes caused because you are dehydrated, hence after a night on the tiles you often wake up with one. Drink a large glass of water and see if that helps.

    Just rest, mabe drink water or something containing sugar.

    Pills are best though – try about 2 to 4 panadol and you will feel fine soon.

    This may sound silly but I find drinking a large glass of fizzy lemonade helps. Laying in a dark room and a few hours sleep is also good, If you are able to. Try the Lemonade, Good Luck hope your headache goes soon.

    Which side is your headache on? If it’s the left side, take your left thumb and index finger, and pinch the skin/muscle between your right thumb and index finger really hard. If the headache is on the right, do it vice versa with your left hand. You might have to hold it for a few seconds.

    Seriously, if you get too hungry your head will hurt. And sometimes just a bit of toast or something and a cuppa can help.

    if it’s really bad, go to bed (or any other place available at the time) and sleep for an hour. that’s the only thing that works for me if it is bad.
