		<description>Try out the physiotherapy first. If you don&#039;t feel an improvement in a month or two, surgery can still be an option. I would reccommend the physiotherapy because as Orinoco_W, surgery brings scar tissue.</description>

As soon as that surgeon gets a knife into you - guess what you heal with? SCAR tissue. Scar tissue is not as strong as muscle or skin or ligament.

Get the physio to give you exercises to build your rotator cuff and your shoulder muscles.

This will build muscle. This is stronger than any scar.

Some people keep having shoulder troubles and need surgery to fix something. But this should be a last resort.</description>
