Go seek a GP and get refered to a physio first, you need a full assessment to see if your arm has healed ok, but generally 5 weeks shud b healed by nw.
5 weeks is not long enough for the break to have healed properly, it take 6-8 weeks at least depending on age etc.
If you want to exercises it I would say just slowly trying to move your arm out from your side, trying to straighten the elbow a little and moving it back and forth.
I have had loads of fractures in my arms (I have brittle bones) and never bother with physio. I just start using my arm little by little and build up, if I feel any pain, I don’t do whatever caused it again for a few days (the amount of times I’ve re fractured cos I decided I could start writing again or something!).
