hi im 31 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child im experiencing very bad backache could i be in labour?

its possibly braxton hicks.
false labor.
go in to your doctor anyways,rather be safe than sorry.
i gave birth to my son at 36 week

You need to call your OB and get in to see him in the office or on the LD floor. This could be early labor or a kidney infection . Either way you need to be seen without further delay.

It might not be labor but I would talk to your doctor about it for sure to see what you should do to alleviate the pain, you don’t really want to go into labor now anyway becuase baby would be sent to NICU.
