Gout is precipitation of monosodium urate crystals into tissue, usually in and around joints, most often causing recurrent acute or chronic arthritis. Acute arthritis is initially monarticular and often involves the first metatarsophalangeal joint. Symptoms include acute pain, tenderness, warmth, redness, and swelling. Diagnosis requires identification of crystals in synovial fluid. Treatment of acute attacks is with anti-inflammatory drugs. The frequency of attacks can be reduced by regular use of NSAIDs, colchicine, or both and by treating hyperuricemia with allopurinol or uricosuric drugs.
The serum level of uric acid is the primary risk factor for gout. The serum level is the result of both intake (diet) and output (excretion). Diet should be low fat and low protein.
A 2004 study suggests that animal flesh sources of purine (such as beef and seafood) greatly increase the risk of developing gout. However, high-purine vegetable sources (such as asparagus, cauliflower, spinach, and green peas) did not. Dairy products such as milk and cheese significantly reduced the chances of gout. The study followed over 40000 men over a period of 12 years, in which 1300 cases of gout were reported.
Consult your doctor.

For arthritis in the fingers have her try making a fist with each hand and taking turns briskly rub them on a soft cushion for a minute or more. This surprisingly will loosen her fingers up and they will warm up fast and she'll notice they are even more flexible. Do as often as necessary. I cover arthritis and how I cured myself of arthritis (osteoarthritis) on the websites below. Nurse Kindheart

There is no 'cure' for arthritis. She could take an ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) or there are anti-inflammatory creams (Asper-Creme comes to mind). If severe, she should consider seeing the doctor.

There really aren't any definite cures for arthritis, especially sero-negative conditions like osteoarthritis. Exercise is a good idea and NSAIDs help with palliation. There is no harm in taking cod liver oil, but don't expect any miracles.

Arthritis could be a secondary symptom of the body to an undetected bacterial or viral infection, ie parasites...

Look up herbal cures for parasites...

The problem is caused by either the corruption to your intestinal system by the parasites, or the toxins they give off, that create an effect on you body parts...?

1. Garlic, oregano oil, grapefruit seed extract
2. Fiber.
3. Probiotics...

Ice Heat Treatment
Splints
