		<description>Talk to you physio people - explain that it hurts and ask if you are doing it right.  Maybe you are stretching a little too far, maybe the muscles need to be relaxed first. 

Get you physio to show you again exactly how to do the exercises. 

Both are painful areas to work on and you probably need to take it a little easier - I&#039;ve found slow and easy usually does the trick -  but do ask your physio for advice - that&#039;s what they are there for  - to help you.</description>
