Will proof of rehab attendance help with a driving under suspension charge?

Hard to say if it will help or not, but it won’t hurt. Remorse for his previous actions may help as well.

Couldn’t hurt but I think what would help most is him admitting that he was an idiot but has since learned from his mistake.

Depends on the judge. Not sure what rehab has to do with driving under suspension though.
