any ideas about how to relieve particularly painful tendonitis? Physio and cortisone injection failed?

Unfortunately there is just not enough information here to give a good return. You don’t state where the injury is located, how long you have had this, what was done other than the injection, and if anything that was done has given you at least temporary relief.

Try a different doc – sounds like its been diagnosed wrong so you are getting the wrong treatment . Hope you feel better soon !!
