my dad gets physio like every month for his hips joints, and he has to do these excercises and stuff. im not sure if its successful though, because hes been doing it for years..
Depends on what’s wrong, where the pain is and so on.
I think you’re more likely to have success with a chiropractor (preferably a McTimoney chiropractor) or an osteopath.
