I found out I was pregnant at 10 days past ovulation and started having a lower backache at 12 days past ovulation. I pretty much feel just like I do before I start my period.

Backache isn't asymptom of pregnancy, it's a side effect that comes later on when the weight of the baby forces a woman's centre of gravity to shift and her posture to change.

You don't generally get backache in early pregnancy because of the pregnancy.

Sometimes prostoglandins that cause cramping may cause a slight backache but these are the same hormones that cause menstrual cramps and are present regardless of the fact you are pregnant.

Yes lower backache is a common pregnancy symptom but is also a PMS symptom as well, so you really wont know until you miss yous period and/or take a test.

Sorry but PMS and pregnancy symptoms are pretty much identical.

Those were my first signs. I got a positive at 3-4 weeks gestation via a blood test and hpt.

I had lower back pain, and extreme fatigue.
