Cutting out dairy products does help and you feel better for as well drink enough water and all will be well

Drinking more water definitely helps as it flushes out the toxins in the skin – steam ****** baths will also help.

As for milk, I don’t know how dairy products affect skin sorry.

Milk makes no difference, in fact cutting it out may give you more acne due to vitamin deficiencies.

However, drinking 2 litres of water is great for your skin, and the usual advice of healthy diet and exercise ;)

    Good luck!

from personal experience and other peoples experiences, milk makes no difference to acne! water does help as it flushes out toxins. chocolate and pastries and fatty foods are real acne bringers!

Personally, I think that the Acne/Dairy link is a complete myth born of this bizzare American paranoia over milk, they blame it for everything from Acne to Short Attention Spans and even Cancer.
It won’t hurt you to try cutting it out for a few weeks/months though to see what happens.

In my personal experience, the key is PLENTY of water, atleast 2 litres per day but aim for 3, and a good overall diet- just be sensible- if you go about your day eating Mcdonalds for lunch and guzzling Coca-cola you’re asking for trouble.
I found that a Low G.I diet worked for me, I also made sure I got plenty of fruit and veggies.
