how would i establish physiotherapy services in a community who have had no previous physio services?

You need to go to school and get your degree. Here is a site listing all the schools where you can get it.

If you are already a physiotherapist,

I imagine you would need premises to carry the physio out.

I would get business cards made up and ask if I could leave them at gym’s, make posters and ask if the GP surgeries would put them up.

Advertise in the local paper.

If you can do taster sessions and give people discounts on the first visit.

Word of mouth is one of the best advertisement.
