Ive had physio recently for the same thing.they'll check how your pelvis is lying and can do simple techniques to get it aligned again. They dont hurt but can be a bit uncomfortable. You may have some pain afterwards.I didn't have any and the relief you feel is amazing.I found that the day i had it i got the best night sleep that night than i had in a long time.

you poor thing! I had PSD in my last pregnancy about 6 months ago and it is so painful and debilitating! you are in pain a little afterwards but the physio will find out how far you can open your legs for childbirth, and help you find comfortable positions during labour, Most women only have physio after childbirth as its to painful, that's if its needed because about 85% of women find it goes away when the baby is born! It did for me aswell
good luck I would just see how it goes for you on thurs and if it is too much then wait and see how you are after birth, before trying again x
