		<description>this could well be the start of labour. you will get backache labour especially if your baby is lying back to back with you. best position for that is rocking on all fours because this relieves the pressure of the baby from your back. also a back to back labour (posterior position] can be longer and more painful than an anterior labour.{ babys tummy to your back. } not long now and good luck, very exciting.</description>

		<description>it might be the start of labour but not the labour itself. the contractions should be painful enough for you to not be able to talk in between them. just wait. maybe in a day or two you will be in active labour. best of luck</description>
