Talk to your doctor. He might have to refer you to a specialist.

Put 10 ozs of golden raisen in 1/2 cup of gin. Place in a glass jar .let stand for 2 days in room temperature. The raisens will absorb the gin, then eat 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. Also don’t eat wheat, corn or peanuts products, because they cause inflamation. Take cat claw, and Q-10 everyday.

Perhaps you have irritated the nerves in your wrist. It could even be a strained muscle farther up your arm. With arthritis, you generally loose the strength in your hands much later after experiencing extreme pain that keeps from using your hands to there full potential. Unfortunately you can’t just get rid of Old Arthur so I hope, for your sake, you don’t have it. See your Doc:)

First of all just because your fingers/knuckles ***** that doesn’t mean you have arthritis. Arthritis is an incurable disease of the auto-immune system that causes the cartiledge between your joints to go away forever. This leaves bones rubbing against bones which is very painful. I had a nurse tell me that cracking is actually good for the joints because it puts fluid in them for a short period of time so just cracking doesn’t mean anything at all. If your joints are sore try some Motrin, Aleve, or Advil and rest or heat wraps that you can buy at the pharmacy. Also, you could try Icy Hot, or Ben ***.

The effects of arthritis can not typically be reversed. A big part of treatment involves preventing the arthritis from spreading.

There are some things, like regular exercise and a healthy diet that can help though, as well as medications, such as anti-inflammatory drugs.

It doesn’t sound like arthritis, you have probably cracked them once too often.
Talk to your doctor who can examine them and help you much more than our opinions can.
