No, it’s a complete old wives tale.
There is no evidence at all to suggest that cracking your fingers can lead to arthritis.
No thats just what people say becuase its annoying
nope. its just a myth. my old teacher even asked her dr and they said no. so no, you cannot get arthritis from carcking your fingers.
no not at all i have been doing it forever and my fingers are perfectly fine. :]
No you can’t apparently. Although i remember the doctor told my brother about ten years ago that he would. I click my fingers so i hope it doesn’t give you arthritis.
No, it’s not.
I know people love to tell that tale, but it’s not true in the least.
The only way that a finger can get hurt from being cracked is if someone in the room can’t stand the sound of knuckles cracking and they take their anger out on the cracker.
No, it isn’t possible. The ***** or click you hear is caused by either:
1. Release of the accumulation of gas around a joint. Cracking releases these gases.
2. Popping of ligaments and tendons that may be stretched over or covering a joint. This is why some people can click rather than ***** their joints.
Cracking your knuckles does not wear away the cartilage around the joints. I have been cracking (and clicking) for almost 35 years, and there’s no sign of arthritis yet…
No when you ***** your fingers it is just air escaping from between the joints
dont think so ?its either genetic or bad eating habbits*i think eating too much meat casue such thing
I know for a fact that cracking your neck continually is not good if that helps
